2. Dial [2];
you are asked to enter a mailbox number or use the
Dial-By-Name feature.
3. Dial the mailbox number;
you hear a recorded message:
This is mailbox number ___. Please state your mes-
sage clearly, then dial [#].
Then you hear a short tone.
4. After you hear the tone, record your message.
While you are recording, you can add to your recording
time by dialing [4]. Unless your system is programmed
differently, you initially have four minutes of recording
time, but can add an additional minute each time you
dial [4].
When you have finished recording, dial [#]; you receive
the END OF RECORD Menu:
To replay your recorded message
To save the message
To erase the message
To add to the message
To erase the message and record a new one
To save the message with options
To repeat this menu
To exit and return to the previous menu
5. Dial [2];
your message is sent. You return to the MAIN Menu.
If you hang up without dialing any key, your mes-
sage is sent and you exit IMAGEN.
If you dial [1] you hear the message again and
remain in the END OF RECORD Menu.
If you dial [3] the message is erased and you
return to the MAIN Menu.
