    Adapter Setup The CW-3000HD has the ability to use extra external tuners like the Genpix Skywalker. At this screen the user can enable or disable internal and external ATSC/DVB adapters depending on their set up. It is important to disable any devices that do not have an antenna connection for the system to work correctly.

    It may be that you are getting interference(noise) somewhere between your ● antenna and your CW-3000HD. That being the case you will have to recheck your cabling and any other component in between (diplexers, splitters, barrel connectors, etc.). Start by simplifying your setup and use a direct line. If that solves the issue add any component back one at a time until you can determine the culprit causing the noise.
