    Read and understand all instructions before using. Do not operate any device if it has been dropped or damaged. In this case, a Vaddio technician must examine the product before operating. To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not immerse in water or other liquids and avoid extremely humid conditions.     The Help menu provides general information on the AV Bridge and is intended to assist the administrator in configuration and programming of the device. The Help also includes information on the current firmware release loaded on the device. Click on the support link to access all product related documentation from the Vaddio web site.

    At the end of the process, the AV Bridge will reboot. Low Level Firmware updates with Vaddio Loader The Vaddio Loader is used to update low-level firmware associated with the AV Bridge. This includes component images for the FPGA and PIC processor. The update process requires a RS-232 connection between the PC and the AV Bridge.

    Vaddio Customer Service: Vaddio will test, repair, or replace the product or products without charge if the unit is under warranty and is found to be defective. If the product is out of warranty, Vaddio will test then repair the product or products. The cost of parts and labor charge will be estimated by a technician and confirmed by the customer prior to repair.
