Laptop User Guide
Once the survey has loaded:
Click on Start Survey
Select the 'area' drop down option and
select the appropriate geographic area
Select the 'service/team' drop down option
and select your service.
Pass the laptop to your patient/service user.
Patient/Service user selects their answer using the laptop mousepad buttons
If they have the option to enter a comment, type in using the keypad on the Laptop
When the end of the survey is reached, select the 'Complete Survey' button to submit.
If a question is missed they will be prompted for an answer before the patient can move on to the
next question.
When completed finished entering comments, press return.
DON'T FORGET TO CHARGE YOUR LAPTOP DAILY!
