OPERATION
• Ensure the MD250 is OFF (O) when connecting the power cord of the adapter.
• Press the button to ON (I), the green LED is on when in operation.
• The unit will switch off automatically and the red LED illuminate when the water tank
is full.
Emptying the water tank
• First turn off the MD250 (O).
• Hold the top of the unit, then remove the water tank.
• Turn the plug and empty the water tank.
• Fix the plug and place the water tank back into the unit.
• To continue dehumidifying, press the button to ON (I) again.
CLEANING
Before cleaning, first turn off and unplug from the mains socket.
Housing
Use a damp soft cloth to clean off any dust and stains on the unit. Do not use petrol,
benzene, or any chemicals to clean the unit as this will result in damaging the surface.
Danger: do not allow any water to drip onto internal parts.
Filter
Remove the filter from the unit; clean in lukewarm water then dry thoroughly. Never
operate the MD250 without filter.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If your MD250 does not operate or is not dehumidifying, please check the following:
• the power cord is connected and the socket is switched on.
• the vents are not blocked and the filter is clean.
