Section 10: Settings

To access the Settings menu:
In Idle mode, select Applications and then select Settings.

Select a setting category and then select an option.

Wireless and network

You can change the settings for wireless network connections.
Flight mode
Disables all wireless functions on your phone. You can only use
non-network services.
Please power cycle (Power off/on) your phone when you exit or
want to exit Flight Mode.
Wi-Fi settings
Wi-Fi: Turn the WLAN feature on or off. For more information, refer to
"Wi-Fi" on page 60.
Network notification: Set the phone to notify you when an open
network is available.
Add Wi-Fi network: Add WLAN APs manually.
Bluetooth settings
Bluetooth: Turn the Bluetooth wireless feature on or off.For more
information, refer to "Bluetooth" on page 59.
Device name: Set a Bluetooth name for your phone.
Visible: Set your phone to be visible to other Bluetooth devices.
Scan devices: Search for available Bluetooth devices.
VPN settings
You can set up and manage Virtual Private Networks (VPNs).
Mobile networks
Data roaming: Set the phone to connect another network when you are
roaming or when your home network is not available.
Access Point Names: Set up access point names (APNs).
Network Mode: Set the phone to only connect to a 2G network.
Network operators: Search for available networks and select a network
for roaming.

Call settings

You can customise the settings for calling features.
All calls
Show my number: Show your mobile phone number to recipients. (You
must insert the SIM card to use this feature.)
Auto reject: Enable or disable the auto reject feature and specify a list of
callers to reject automatically.
Answering call: Set to answer calls by pressing any key or set the
phone to answer automatically after a specified period.
