Warrick Relay Replacement

15. Disconnect all power to the boiler.
16. Pull relay out by hand. This may take a little
force but be careful.
17. Replace the Warrick with a new 26M series
Warrick. The relay has a small tab so that it
can be installed only one way.
18. Reconnect the power to the boiler.

Auxiliary Low Water Cut-Off Probe Cleaning
1.
Disconnect all power to the boiler.
2.
Remove the four screws on top of the probe
enclosure with a Phillips screwdriver.
3.
Remove the wire from the probe using a 5/16"
wrench or a crescent wrench. Only the wire on the
probe is to be removed.
4.
Use a 13/16" spark plug socket and remove the
probe.
5.
Clean the stainless steel probe and probe fitting.
6.
Reinsert the probe using a 13/16" spark plug
socket. Only tighten the probe enough to stop any
steam leaks. Over tightening will destroy the
threads of the enclosure.
7.
Reinstall the probe wire to the probe.
8.
Reassemble the cover to the enclosure with the
four Phillips screws.
9.
Reconnect power to the boiler.
