Adding an Event to the Calendar

1. From the Calendar display, highlight the day to which you
want to add an event.
2. Press

3. Select any of the following items you want to edit and press
.
Description to enter a description of the event.
Tip: While entering the description you can also press
select a description from From To Do. (You need to store entries in the To Do
List. See "Adding To Do Items" on page 78 for details.)
From to schedule the start time. Use your keypad and/or
navigation key to set the hours, minutes, AM or PM, and
the date.
To to schedule the end time. Use your keypad and/or
navigation key to set the hours, minutes, AM or PM, and
the date.
Location to edit the location of your event.
Alarm to select a ringer type for the alarm.
Alarm Time to edit the alarm time (number of hours or
minutes before the event starts). Default alarm time is
10 minutes.
Repeat to set the event's repeating status. Select Once,
Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly.
4. Press
Save
Tip: Press the navigation key up or down to scroll by week through the
calendar, and the volume key to scroll by month.
