Make sure the video input on your TV or home theater receiver is set to match the output (usually HDMI or MHL) used with the Roku Streaming Stick. How do you reset
There are two ways to reset a Roku Streaming Stick:
1. Using the Remote:
- Press the Home button on the remote.
- Navigate to Settings on the left panel.
- Move to the right and go down to System.
- Move to the right and go down to Advanced System Settings.
- Select Factory Reset.
- Enter the provided four-digit code and confirm.
2. Using the Reset Button on the Stick:
- Plug the Roku Stick into the TV.
- Locate the reset button on the stick.
- Press and hold the button for about 10 seconds until the light blinks several times.
- Release the button and wait for the reset process to complete (takes less than a minute).
