When the KEY indicator light illuminates green, turn the Start knob from the ACC position to the START position and hold until the engine starts. • S hut the engine OFF by turning the Start knob to the ACC position and then pressing in and turning to the Lock position.

    Seats ELECTRONiCALLY OPERATED DRiVER SEAT Recline Switch P ush forward or backward to adjust seatback angle. Slide/Tilt Switch Push forward or backward to slide the seat bottom. The seat can also be raised, lowered or tilted with this control. REAR CENTER POSiTiON SEAT BELT • T o connect the seat belt, pull the seat belt from the ceiling recess and connect tongue A to buckle B. • T o wear the seat belt, slowly pull out the lap/shoulder belt and insert tongue C into the buckle D until a click is heard. • To unfasten the seat belt, depress the buckle button to release. Note: Leave the rear center lap portion of seat belt fastened at all times except when folding the rear seat. To stow the seat belt, insert a key or other small object into the anchor buckle slot to release entire belt. Let it fully retract.   • Page 5 FOLDiNg SECOND-ROw SEATS Folding second-row seats 1 U nfasten the lap portion of the rear center seat belt. 2 Support the seatback with your hand. 3 Push the rear seatback knob down. 4 Bring the seatback forward. Seatback Knob Returning second-row seats to upright position 1 Raise seatbacks until they lock into position. 2 P ull on the top of the seatbacks from inside the vehicle to make sure they are locked. 3 Check that all seat belts are routed properly for passenger use.   • Page 11 TURN SigNAL/LighTiNg CONTROL LEVER • R otate the outer knob up to the first position for tail, parking and dashboard lights. • R otate the outer knob up to the second position for tail, parking, dashboard, and headlights. • R otate the outer knob up to the third position for AUTO. • Rotate the inner ring for fog lamps. • P ush the lever away from you to turn the high beams on. • P ull the lever back one position to turn the high beams off. • P ull the lever all the way back and release to flash the high beams.   • Page 12 Feature Highlights SPORT AT mANUAL ShiFT mODE The Sport AT Manual Shift Mode gives you the feel of driving a manual transmission by allowing you to manually shift to control engine rpm and torque when more control is desired. To Use Manual Shift Mode: Shift the lever from D to M. Note: Changing to manual mode can be done while driving the vehicle. To Shift Up To A Higher Gear: Tap the shift lever back (+) once. To Shift Down To A Lower Gear: Tap the shift lever forward (-) once. TURBOChARgER TiPS After driving at freeway speeds or up a long hill, idle engine at least 30 seconds in order to cool turbocharger. Avoid shutting the engine off abruptly after a hard or long drive as turbocharger damage may result.
