The light will go on and off as the temperature is regulated by the adjustable thermostat. Soleplate Super smooth non stick ironing surface. If ironing surface is sticky ensure temperature setting is correct as per table below and item being ironed is clean. Water Filling Aperture Using the measuring cup only, fill the tank with clean water here. Use demineralized water in hard water areas or water with lime scale. Transparent Water Tank Do not overfill. Water level in tank is easily visible during ironing. Dry/Steam Iron Selector Choose desired level of steam or dry ironing by rotating the knob Depress for spraying water onto fabric for dry ironing or when required.
