Problem
Unit does not turn on with the power switch
Unit turns off by itself
Heater is on, but no flame or low flame intensity
Flames are frozen
Excessive noise in the lower portion of the unit
Excessive noise in the upper portion of the unit
Heater power switch is in the "ON" position, but
there is no airflow
There is an ordor coming from the unit
Possible Cause
Main power supply switch is "OFF"
Circuit breaker has tripped
Unit is unplugged from wall outlet
Power cord is damaged

Another remote control has a similar frequency as other remote

this unit is an individual circuit. Verify unit is installed on a dedicated
15 amp circuit (contact a qualified electrician to check)
Plug the power cord into a dry 120V GFI outlet
