If you register with
www.dyndns.com
you will be able to use an easier location name that will change if your public
IP address changes.
You would then come in on
http://myname.dyndns.org:8080
(where myname is your registration username when
registering with dyndns).

Connect to your router (e.g. 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 or other)
Select Port Forwarding.
