3) Sealing the Wine Bottle
• Insert the stopper into the mouth of the
bottle, pushing down until it fits firmly.
• Position the wine preserver over the
wine bottle and stopper and push
down gently. (Fig. 2)
• Press the power button, the battery-
operated wine preserver automatically
removes the air and the blue back
light illuminates to indicate the unit is
powered on. (Fig.2)
• When the seal is completed, the wine
preserver will automatically shut off.
• Remove the wine preserver from
the bottle. Press the date dial for
0.5 second; it will automatically count
and change from the 0 day to the
9th day for each 24 hours.
• Press and hold the date dial to turn off.
NOTE: Always return the wine
preserver to the charging base when
done. This will protect and charge the
unit while not in use.

MAINTENANCE
To Store
You may leave the unit on display or you can store it in its box in a cool, dry place.
To Clean
Use only a soft dry cloth to clean the enclosure of the unit. NEVER use liquids or
abrasive cleaner to clean.
