    User’s Instructions Operating Principle (Fig. 1) It expIoits the eIectromagnetic properties of most cooking vessels. The coil (inductor) which produces the eIectromagnetic fieId is operated and controlled by the eIectronic circuit. The heat is transmitted to food by the cooking vesseI itself. The cooking process takes pIaceas described beIow.
