    Assembly Instructions Assemble Cart With an assistant, lift Cart out of shipping carton and place it on the cardboard work surface. Unfold the Cart Legs and straighten the Cart Frame Bracket until a click sound is heard. CAUTION: Do not stand, lean or apply pressure to the Cart Frame Bracket once assembled.

  • Page 10 Note: Preassembled Grease Tray and Grease Receptacle Lift and slide the Grease Receptacle out from the Grease Tray Bracket, from the rear of the Cart. Unscrew the Wing Bolts on each side of the Grease Tray and remove the Grease Tray from Bottom Bowl panel. Reinstall Grease Tray and Grease Receptacle Attach the Grease Tray to the Bottom Bowl panel using the Wing bolts and tighten securely.

    Install Ignitor Batteries Unscrew Ignitor Cap from Control Panel. Place supplied AA battery into the Ignitor Slot with positive pole facing you. Position the Cap and Spring over the AA battery and tighten onto Control Panel. Repeat to install the other AA battery into the Ignitor Slot.
