3. DISASSEMBLY

3-1 DOOR

Freezer Door
1. Separating the Hinge Upper.
Open the freezer door and remove the Hinge Upper (2)
By unscrewing 2 screws (1). In this case, be careful not
To drop the freezer door. (Figure 6)
2. Separating the Freezer Door.
Open the freezer door to 90 degrees and grasp it with
right hand and grasp the Hinge Upper (2) with left hand.
Slide the freezer door to the Front so as to remove the
Hinge Upper (2) from the ceiling of the refrigerator, and
separate the freezer door by lifting it up. (Figure 7)
Refrigerator Door
1. Loosen hexagonal bolts fixing the Lower Hinge to the
body to remove the refrigerator door only.
BOLT
2. Pull out the door gasket to remove from the door foam
Ass'y.

3-2 DOOR SWITCH

1. To remove the door switch, pull out it with a '_' type
driver as shown in (figure 9).
2. Disconnect the lead wire from switch.

3-3 THERMOSTAT

1. Remove the Cover Lamp-R by the use of '_' type driver
inserting in the low holes of the cover.
2. Loose 2 screw.
3. Pull the Control Box-R.
4. Disconnect the Housing of lead wire.
5. Separate the INSU'MultiDuct and Control Box-R.
6. Diassemble the Knob..
7. Separate the Thermostat and Control Box-R.
8. Separate the Thermostat and Holder thermostat.
9. Disconnect the lead wire.
HOLDER THERMOSTAT

3-4 FAN AND FAN MOTOR

1. Remove the freezer shelf.
2. Separate the Guide Ice Tray by pulling right.
3. Loose 1 screw.
4. Pull out the Grille Fan and Shroud-F.
