SOLUTION
• Make sure that the power is connected to
the main power socket and the transmitter.
• The battery has not been installed
correctly in the battery compartment.
•The headphone has not been properly
placed into the docking.
• Make sure it is facing the correct direction.
• There is no battery inserted into the
headphone, please insert a battery into
the headphone.
• Please check and make sure the audio
connection cable to the TV or audio
sources are properly and completely
connected or
• Please make sure your TV or audio
sources is turned on or Turn the volume
level up or
• Replace battery with a fully charged one!
Charge the fresh batteries at least 10-16 hrs.
• Replace the battery packing in the
headset with a fully charged replacement
battery pack or
• Make sure there are no obstructions
and it has a free line of sight or
• Move closer, you are located too far
away from the transmitter, (max. 24 feet
and 30 degree). This is inheret to infrared
ray communication and does not mean
that there is a problem with the unit itself.
If your audio signal is coming from a
portable audio player or computer, we
suggested that you use a relatively high
volume from your headphone jack in
order to maintain strong enouph audio
signals to enable the transmitter to send
the audio signal to your headphone. If
you find that the audio is too loud, you
can use the volume control switch by
your headphone.
