The application of a single- REAR stage thermostat does not offer “true” thermostat-driven two- stage operation, but provides a timed transition from low to high fire.

  • Page 11 Coil Matches: A large array of Amana® brand coils are available for use with the ADVC8 furnaces, in downflow applications, and with AMVC8 and GMVC8 furnaces, in either upflow or horizontal applications. These coils are available in both cased and uncased models (with the option of a field installed TXV expansion device).

The filters used must comply with UL900 or CAN/ULCS111 standards. These profiles may be DIP Switch No. Ramping used to enhance cooling performance and increase comfort Profiles level. The ramping profiles are selected using DIP switches 5 and 6.
