The Wireless KM (Keyboard & Mouse) Switch USB allows a user to
control up to 3 additional computers, tablets or smartphones from
a single computer with keyboard and mouse attached. The
Transmitter (TX) contains Windows and Mac tools to switch KM
(Keyboard & mouse) control to the other device.
Supported systems for TX: Windows XP or later, Mac OS X 10.5 or
later. Additional supported Receiver (RX) systems: Linux, Set-Top
Box, IPTV, PS3, XBOX, Tablet & Smartphone (Android & Windows)
with USB ports and any machines supporting USB HID functions.

This manual only refers to the configuration of a system with more
than one RX provided by the Wireless KM Switch 2 Receiver
Expansion Kit No.32164 with 2 additional receivers.
When using more than 1 receiver all receivers have to be paired
and initialised. Plug in the TX and execute the pairing tool
WKMPairing.exe on your local machine's "WKM" drive and follow
the on-screen instructions with each receiver one after the other.
During the pairing process the TX LED will flash slowly and a
message will be displayed to indicate the configuration process. If
pairing fails the TX LED will switch off in about 10 seconds. If
pairing is successful the number of the RX will be displayed on
screen. We recommend that you mark each RX with its number.
When finished with all receivers click the DONE button. The TX LED
will be lit for about 3 seconds when pairing process is finished.
Standard Operation
The WKM switch supports up to 3 receivers. Start the WKM tool
and click the RECEIVER button, select a receiver and click
RENAME if you want to name the RX.

Click the RECEIVER button and select a receiver to switch
keyboard and mouse control to the other machine. (Please note to
switch your display to the remote machine.) The mouse cursor on
your local machine will still be active but no actions are made.
Whenever a command is sent to a Receiver, the RX LED will flash.
Click the STYLE button to switch between Windows (default) and
Mac style keyboard. Please Note: Only English characters are
supported on this keyboard!
Click the DONE button to exit the app. alternatively you can right
click the taskbar icon and select CLOSE.
A right click to the WKM taskbar icon also allows you to enable/
disable the Edge Trigger function that allows to invoke the WKM
app by moving the mouse cursor to the right edge of the screen.
Click the PASTE button to copy a segment of text from the local to
the remote machine.
Click the CAD button to send "Ctrl+Alt+Del" command - to reboot
the remote machine.

Der Wireless KM Switch USB (Tastatur & Maus Umschalter) erlaubt
von einem Windows/Mac Rechner „Local Machine" aus die Tastatur-
und Maussignale von bis zu 3 weiteren Rechnern, Tablets und Smart-
phones zu steuern „Remote Machines". Der Transmitter (TX) enthält
die Windows und Mac Tools zum Umschalten und Konfigurieren.
Unterstützte Systeme für TX: Windows XP oder neuer, Mac OS X 10.5
oder neuer. Unterstützte Receiver Systeme (RX): zusätzlich Linux,
Set-Top Box, IPTV, PS3, XBOX, Tablet & Smartphone (Android &
Windows) mit USB Ports sowie alle System mit USB HID
Unterstützung.
Initialisierung
Die Erklärung der Grundfunktionen des WKM Umschalters No.32163
finden Sie in dessen Handbuch beschrieben. Dieses Handbuch
bezieht sich auf die Konfiguration von Systemen mit mehr als einem
RX (Receiver) bei denen das System am Anfang erst einmal
initialisiert werden muss (Pairing der RX/TX). Schließen Sie dazu den
TX an Ihren Rechner an und starten Sie das Programm
WKMPairing.exe vom Laufwerk „WKM".
Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm und initialisieren Sie am Rechner
jeden RX einen nach dem anderen.
Während des Initialisierungsprozess blinkt die TX LED langsam und
eine Nachricht wird auf dem Bildschirm angezeigt. Wenn das Pairing
fehl schlägt hört die TX LED nach ca. 10 Sekunden auf zu blinken. Das
erfolgreiche Pairing und die neue Nummer des RX wird auf dem
Bildschirm angezeigt. Wir empfehlen Ihnen diese Nummer auf dem
RX zu notieren. Nach Abschluss klicken Sie den DONE Button und die
TX LED wird ca. 3 Sekunden lang aufleuchten.
Normaler Betrieb
Der WKM Switch unterstützt bis zu 3 RX. Klicken Sie auf den Button
RECEIVER und wählen Sie einen der Receiver um Maus- und Tastatur
auf die „Remote Machine" umzuschalten. (Beachten Sie dass Sie nun
ihre Augen auf den Bildschirm der Remote Maschine richten
müssen.) Der Mauscursor auf der „Local Machine" wird sich
weiterhin bewegen aber dort keine Aktionen auslösen! Immer wenn
Signale zum RX gesendet werden wird dieser kurz aufblinken.
Klicken Sie auf den STYLE Button um zwischen Windows und Mac
Tastaturdesign umzuschalten.
Klicken Sie auf DONE um die KM Anwendung zu beenden; Alternativ
wählen Sie CLOSE nach Rechtsklick auf das WKM Taskbar Icon.
Ein Rechtsklick auf das Taskbar Icon und Edge Trigger schaltet die
Funktion an oder aus, mit der das WKM Tool durch Bewegung des
Mauscursor über den rechten Bildschirmrand hinaus aktiviert wird.
Klick auf den PASTE Button kopiert ein markiertes Textsegment von
der „Local" auf die „Remote Machine".
Ein Klick auf den CAD Button sendet Ctrl+Alt+Del zum Neustart an
die „Remote Machine".
