*NOTICE:

This accessory, when installed, will increase the speed of the vehicle so that it will not conform to the speed
criteria of the ANSI Z130.1 Standard for Golf Cars/Safety and Performance Requirements. The vehicle
speed will exceed 15 miles per hour (24 km/h).
SUBSEQUENT OWNER REGISTRATION
In the event a vehicle is bought as a used vehicle from another individual or from a distributor/dealer, we
strongly urge the new owner to reregister the vehicle with Club Car. This will enable us to contact you if the
need arises. Please send your name, address, and serial number(s) of the vehicle(s) to CLUB CAR, INC.,
