My frame turns itself off or goes to sleep without me wanting it to. All of my settings are set for this to not happen. It started happening when I subscribed to Lite. If this can not be fixed I want to cancel Lite and continue to use my frame as is.

Your Nixplay N frame may go to sleep unexpectedly due to the "SLEEP AFTER" setting. This setting allows the frame to go to sleep after a set time (e.g., 5 mins, 10 mins, etc.) or when no motion is detected. Check if "SLEEP AFTER" or "MOTION DETECTED" is enabled and adjust or disable these settings to prevent unexpected sleep.

To keep pictures separate on two Nixplay N frames in the app, you can create different slideshows or albums for each frame. Then, publish or send each specific slideshow to the desired frame. This way, each frame will display only the photos assigned to it. If you have multiple frames paired to your account, you can choose which frame receives which slideshow. Note that pairing more than one frame requires a Nixplay Plus subscription.
