Mute
Press the Power On/Off (<!>)/MUTE button (1) momentarily to mute the audio
volume from the unit. MUTE will appear on the display. Pressing the Power On/
Off (<!>)/MUTE button (1) again or adjusting the volume level will return to the
volume level setting in use before the mute function was activated.
Loud
Pressing and holding the? BAND/LOUD button (4) for several seconds will
switch loudness function ON and LOUD ON will appear on the display. Pressing
the button again for several seconds will switch loudness function OFF and LOUD
OFF will appear.
Setting the clock
1.
Briefly press the DISP button (18) until the clock is shown on the
displa~

Hold the DISP button (18) until the clock flashes.
3.
Briefly press
next~
button (9) to change the minutes.
4.
Briefly press
previous~
button (8) to change the hours.
Equalization Settings
Press
EQ
button (17) briefly to turn on equalization function and to select desired
audio mode. There are five equalizer settings:
FLAT---+ CLASSICS---+ POP M ---+ ROCK M---+ DSP OFF
Remote Control Sensor
Accepts infrared signals from the remote control.
Reset Function
The reset button (30) can be activated with either a ballpoint pen or similar object.
The reset function is to be activated for the following reasons:
• Initial installation of the unit when all wiring is completed.
• All the function buttons do not operate.
• Error symbol on the display.
MODE SELECTION
Press the MODE/PAIR button (5) to select the desired mode. This button enables
selection of either the radio, disc play, USB devices, SD Card, auxiliary input or
the Bluetooth

function. When a CD is loaded, pressing this button will switch
the radio function; the disc icon (
0)
will still be displayed indicating a disc is
still loaded in the unit. Pressing the button again will return to disc play, but the
current track will start from the point it was stopped. Pressing and holding the
button will initiate the Bluetooth® pairing and PAIRING will appear on the display.
When a USB device or SD is not connected to the unit, the corresponding mode
wUibe
skipped.
Electronic Shock Protection (ESP) Function
The unit will absorb bumps to prevent playback skips while playing discs.
