Compatible with the Evolve Grill series, Kitchen Bistro, and Next Grilleration G3,
G4 and G5 grills (model numbers GRP4EMB, GRP4EP, GRP4EWS, GRP90WGR,
GRP93G, GRP94WR).
GETTING STARTEd
• Remove all packing material and, if applicable, any stickers from
the product; remove and save literature.
• For additional information go to www.georgeforemancooking.
com.
• Wash deep-dish bake pan in hot soapy water, rinse and dry
thoroughly.
Note: Although the pan is dishwasher-safe, we recommend hand
washing to preserve its appearance. In the dishwasher, the metal may
get a cloudy film; this film will not affect the performance.
ATTACHING THE dEEP-dISH BAKE PAN
Important: your grill should always be used with 2 plates securely
attached. Always attach the cross-hatch grill top plate or Panini top
plate when using the deep-dish bake pan.

USING yOUR dEEP-dISH BAKE PAN
1. Plug in the grill and press the power button to turn on.
2. Set your desired cooking temperature and allow grill to preheat for at
least 5 minutes.
3. Using a pot holder, carefully open the preheated grill.
4. If not filled already, place food to be cooked in the deep-dish bake
pan.
Note: Do not overload the cooking plate.
5. Close the grill cover.
Important: do not leave the appliance unattended during use.
6. Set the countdown timer to cook for your desired time. A signal will
sound once cooking is complete.
7. Using a pot holder, carefully open the grill cover.
8. When finished baking, use pot holders to remove bake pan to a wire
rack to cool.
9. Remove food from the deep-dish bake pan using a plastic spatula or
another non-metallic utensil.
Note: Always use heatproof plastic, silicone or wood utensils to avoid
scratching the nonstick surface. Never use metal skewers, tongs, forks or
knives.
10. Press the power button and unplug to turn the grill off.
1. To attach the top grill plate, pull out on
both release handles, set the plate flat
against the inside frame and release
the handles (A).
2. Repeat with the deep-dish bake pan
for the bottom plate (B).
Tip: For some foods such as casseroles or
lasagna, it may be easier to fill the bake
pan and then attach it to the grill.
3. Move the adjustable slope switch on
the back right side of the grill back, so
the grill is in the flat position (C).
Important: when using the deep-dish
bake pan, always make sure grill is
completely flat.
Note: When cooking in the flat position,
it is not necessary to set the drip tray in
front of the grill.

SUGGESTIONS FOR USING dEEP-dISH BAKE PAN
• Brownies: set temperature at 350ºF and bake for 25 minutes or until
tests done.
• Cornbread: set temperature at 350ºF and bake 20 minutes.
• Focaccia: set temperature at 400ºF and bake 20 minutes.
• Lasagna: set temperature at 400ºF and bake 20 minutes.
• Chicken or fish in cream sauce: set temperature at 350ºF and bake for
25 minutes or until tests done.
• Beef with vegetables in gravy: brown beef deep-dish bake plate at
400ºF; add remaining ingredients and reduce temperature to 300ºF;
cook until meat and vegetables are tender.

Care and Cleaning

CLEANING THE dEEP-dISH BAKE PAN
1. Before cleaning, unplug grill from wall outlet and allow to cool.
Caution: do not remove the plates while the appliance is hot. Always
allow them to cool to room temperature before removing or cleaning.
2. To remove the pan and the top plate, pull out on the release handles
on both sides and remove from the grill.
3. The pan and top plate can be washed in the dishwasher or by hand
with hot, soapy water.
Note: Dishwasher detergent may cause oxidation on uncoated side of
cooking plates. This is not harmful but may change the appearance of
your plates.
4. Always dry thoroughly before reattaching.
5. To remove stubborn buildup, use a nylon or nonmetallic scrubbing
pad to clean.
Important: do not use metallic scrubbing pads, steel wool or any
abrasive cleaners to clean any part of your grill; use only nylon or
nonmetallic scrubbing pads.
