Freecom declares, that the product: FX-xx, FS-xx, Classic xx conforms to the

following Standards:

Supplementary Information:

"The product complies with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 73/23/EEC

and the EMC Directive 89/336/ EEC and/or the R&TTE Directive 1999/05/EEC." This

product is carrying the CE-Mark in accordance with the related European Directives.

The drive employs a laser system. To ensure proper use of this product, please read this

instruction manual carefully and retain for future reference. Should the unit ever

hazardous radiation exposure. To prevent direct exposure to the laser beam, do not try

to open the enclosure.
