After formatting your digital media card, a dialog box (similar to the one shown below)
may appear recommending that you run the CheckDisk or ScanDisk utility. If you are
experiencing problems with your card, click OK (or Yes) and use the CheckDisk or
ScanDisk utility to verify that data can be stored reliably on all areas of your card.
However, in day-to-day use you should not have to run the utility.
The first formatting utility dialog box reappears.
6. Click Close in the formatting utility dialog box to exit the utility.
