heavy duty packages will be equipped with a spreader bar standard.

C - Includes items 6-10 and used for 21-24" high back canes
D - Prior to 7/9/04, new back cane attaching hardware must be ordered. The threaded insert was replaced with a non-
threaded insert for 12-20" high back canes
