Preparation for TAPI Service

The TAPI feature is enabled when the license "ISG50-CTI" is applied.
In the configuration, set the username and password for the administrator. ISG50 can support up to 2 administrator accounts for TAPI service.
The account will be used for TAPI driver login later.
