When installing: Make sure that the connectors are attached firmly to the system board.
Release the keyboard bezel from the frame using a plastic pry tool and then completely remove the keyboard
bezel.
1130 Microprocessor
For access, remove these FRUs in order:
•
"1010 Battery pack" on page 62
•
"1020 Large bottom cover" on page 62
•
"1090 Thermal fan" on page 70
•
"1100 Thermal pipes" on page 71
Attention: The microprocessor is extremely sensitive. When you service the microprocessor, avoid any
kind of rough handling.
