    baTTerY insTallaTion The Speaker’s sound may distort, or the speaker may turn off all together, if the battery power is low . If this happens, simply replace the battery . 1 . Open the BaTTERY COMPaRTMENT cover located on the back of the speaker by pushing in the TaB LOCK and removing (see illustration below) .

    basic oPeraTion DOCkINg yOUr iPad 1 . Pull the SUPPORT TaB out to secure the SUPPORT FRaME . 2 . Slide your iPad down between the edges of the iPad SUPPORT FRaME and plug the 30-PIN CONNECTOR into your device . TUrNINg THe UNIT ON AND Off Press the POWER/SELECT button to turn the unit on .

It can also act as a battery charger for your iPod/iPhone or iPad when connected via the dock connector and the unit is powered on and powered by an electrical outlet .

    2 . Press the POWER/SELECT button on the unit . 3 . Press the POWER/SELECT button again to select the aUX function . 4 . Turn your auxiliary source on and operate it as usual . The sound from the auxiliary source will be heard through the speakers of this system . 5 .

    reseTTing The UniT If the system does not respond it may need to be reset . Disconnect the unit from the electrical outlet, wait a few seconds, and reconnect . Use a thin, rounded object, such as a paperclip or toothpick, to press the RESET button on the back of the unit (see illustration below) .
