Bits Limited will reimburse the original consumer for the cost of repair, or, at Bits
Limited sole option, for the fair market value, of any equipment properly connected
to the Bits Limited surge protector that was damaged by a surge, spike, or lightning
up to a maximum of $75,000 .
This warranty extends through the lifetime of the surge protector, which means
until the surge protector has exceeded its capacity to protect against surges and
spikes . When the Surge OK light is no longer lit, the surge protector has at that
point exceeded its capacity to protect against surges and spikes . The Connected
Equipment Limited Warranty would no longer be applicable .
This warranty is limited to Bits Limited surge protectors that indicate on the
packaging an accompanying connected equipment warranty .
