8. Turn both the toggles 90° and pull these out of
their place.
9. Carefully lift the top panel slightly and remove
the panel which is framed on all 4 sides by an
ornamental border.
Clean the oven door with luke warm water and a
soft cloth. Avoid using scouring pads, steel wool or
acids because they could damage the special
thermoreflecting surface of the inner glass panes.
After cleaning, reassemble the glass panes in the
door. Mount the door back on the oven, following
the procedure described above in reverse order.
Making sure to reposition the glass panes correctly.
To do this, proceed as follows:
The inner pane with the frame on all four sides
must be reassembled so that the etching work
faces the outside of the oven. The glass pane
is properly positioned if when passing a finger
over the visible surface no roughness is
perceived over the etched area.
The inner panel must be inserted in positionas
shown in the diagram. Once the glass panes have
been reassembled in the oven door, fasten them
as described at point 8.
Do not clean the oven door when it
is still hot, as the glass could shatter.
If you notice scratches or flaws on
the glass panes, contact the
Customer Service immediately and
arrange for the pane to be changed.
Models in stainless steel or aluminium:
Clean the oven door and control panel in stainless
steel or aluminium only with a moist sponge, carefully
drying with a soft cloth after cleaning. Avoid using
scouring pads, steel wool, acids or abrasive
products as they can damage the surfaces.
