The unit cannot receive FM radio waves.

Drive the vehicle to an open area where it is easy to
receive FM radio waves. Or check the wiring connections.

Extend the FM antenna fully.

Ensure that the independent antenna for TMC is used.

The received FM wave does not contain the TMC information.
a
Select an FM radio station that is broadcasting the TMC
information. (

The TMC icon is set to off.

Set the TMC icon to on. (
●
The TMC unit is disconnected from the navigation system.

Ensure that the unit is connected properly.

Once turn the key to the ACC OFF position, and turn it to
ON position again.
