BATTERIES INCLUDED Replace with 3 x 1.5V "AAA" or LR03 size alkaline batteries. 1.5V AAA or LR03 size Phillips/cross head screwdriver (not included) required for battery replacement. GETTING STARTED Your toy comes packaged in “TRY-ME” mode. To activate its full range of features, move the TRY-ME/OFF/ON switch to the “ON”... - Page 3 Back Sensor Battery door & TRY-ME/OFF/ON switch A sensor is a part of the toy that responds to your touch! MODES Playful Mode Petting your toy puppy’s back sensor will activate sounds and movement. If you do not interact with your toy puppy within several seconds, it will enter the Waiting Mode (see below).

Waiting Mode If your toy puppy is in Playful Mode and you stop playing with it for a short period of time, it will move and make sounds to attract your attention. If you still do not interact with it, it will enter Sleep Mode after about a minute (see below). -

TO REPLACE BATTERIES Using the Phillips/cross head screwdriver (not included), loosen screw in battery compartment cover (screw stays attached to cover). Remove door and replace with 3 x 1.5V “AAA” or LR03 size alkaline batteries. Replace cover and tighten screw. CAUTION: 1) As with all small batteries, the batteries used with this toy should be kept away from small children... -
