Tire Identification Number (TIN)
The tire identification number (TIN)
is a group of numbers and letters
that look like the following example.
TIN is located on the sidewall of the
tire.
DOT 4MIC 001X 5207
DOT This indicates that the tire
meets all requirements of
the U.S. Department of
Transportation.
4MIC Manufacturer's
identification mark.
001X Tire type code.
5207 Date of manufacture.

Maximum Tire Load
Max Load The maximum load the
