Programme Option buttons
Depending on the programme, different functions
can be combined. These must be selected after
choosing the desired programme and before
depressing the START/PAUSE button.
When these buttons are pressed, the corresponding
pilot lights come on. When they are pressed again,
the pilot lights go out.
If an incorrect option is selected, the pilot lights flash
for about 2 seconds.
1 "Prélavage/Voorwas" (Prewash)
"Court/Kort" (Quick wash) button
By depressing this button you can select two different
options:
Prélavage/Voorwas:
wish your laundry to be prewashed before the
main wash (not available for wool/handwash).
The prewash ends with a short spin in programmes
for cotton and synthetic fabrics, whereas in the
programme for delicate fabrics the water is only
drained.
Court/Kort
: a very short cycle for cotton,
synthetic or delicate items (not avaiable for
wool/handwash) that have been used or worn for
a short time.
The light corresponding to the selected option
illuminates.
This option cannot be used with the Eco option (B-
programme).
The washing time will be reduced according to the
type of fabric and the selected temperature.
Max. recommended load for cotton 3 kg.
Prélavage/Voorwas and Court/Kort cannot be
selected together.
Select this option if you
2 "Reduction essorage/Lage toeren"
(Spin reduction) button
By depressing this button the spin speed is reduced
as follows:
- programmes for cotton and linen: from 1400 to
650 rpm
- programmes for synthetics, wool and
handwash: from 900 to 450rpm;
- programmes for delicates: from 700 to 450 rpm.
3 "Rinçage+/Spoelen+" (Extra Rinse)
button
The Extra Rinse option can be selected with all
programmes except the wool/handwash
programme. The machine will perform 2 additional
rinses. This option is recommended for people who
are allergic to detergents, and in areas where the
water is very soft.
4 "Départ/Pause / Start/Pauze"
(Start/Pause) button
After having selected the programme and the
required options press this button to start the
machine. The corresponding pilot light stops flashing
and remains lit.
To interrupt a programme which is running, depress
the Start/Pause button: the corresponding pilot light
starts to flash.
To restart the programme from the point at which it
was interrupted, press the START/PAUSE button
again.
