cooking utensil to use, standing time.

    CONTROL PANEL POWER LEVEL INDICATOR POWER LEVEL BUTTON There are five power levels. The approximate percentage of microwave power for each setting HIGH 100% MED HIGH (MEDIUM HIGH) MED (MEDIUM) MED LOW/DEFROST (MEDIUM LOW/DEFROST) LIGHT UP DIAL (0-30 minutes) Turn to set cooking time or weight of defrost food. Turn left to set the demonstration mode.

    OPERATION OF CONTROL PANEL Your oven can be programmed up to 30 minutes. The cooking (defrosting) time varies from 15 seconds to 5 minutes. It depends on the total length of the cooking (defrosting) time as shown on the table below. When the oven is plugged in, the POWER LEVEL indicator will show HIGH.
