    WARNING Children can be harmed by small parts, sharp edges and sharp points in the vehi- cle’s unassembled state, or by electrical items. Care should be taken in unpacking and assembly of the vehicle. Children should not handle parts, including the bat- tery, or help in assembly of the vehicle.
  • Page 10 Power Button Covers • Fit the power button covers together. Insert a screw into the power button cover. • Tighten the screw with a Phillips screwdriver. Do not over-tighten. Right Handlebar Power Button Harness Top Hole Bottom Hole • Insert the power button harness plug down through the top hole only in the headlight assembly.
  • Page 11 • Separate the fork axle and the front axle. The fork axle is smaller than the front axle. • Place a cap nut on a flat surface, inside up. • Fit the end of the fork axle into the cap nut. •...
  • Page 12 Arrow Handlebar • Position the vehicle upside down. • Note the arrow on the underside of the front fender. • Position the front fender so that the arrow points toward the front of the vehicle. Slide the front fender completely onto the ends of the handlebars.
  • Page 13 Washer Shock Front Axle Wheel Wheel Bushing Bushing • Fit the wheel bushings into the center hole in the wheel (see inset). • Position the wheel between the shocks. • Slide the front axle through a shock, a washer, the wheel (with bushing), another washer and then out through the other shock.
  • Page 14 Rear Wheel • Fit the saddlebag over a rear wheel. • Insert four screws through the saddlebag and into the vehicle. • Tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver. Do not over-tighten. • Repeat this procedure to assemble the other saddlebag. Battery Compartment Sound Box...
