Do not use any attachments that are not recommended by the Bladez Fitness. 7. Start your program slowly and gradually increase your intensity and/or time.

    PRESET PROGRAMS 1. There are 5 preset programs (P1, P2, P3, P4, & P5) which could also be selected with the “+” or “-“ buttons while the display is flashing. 2. The preset programs are fixed. The exercises are designed with fixed duration, intensity and rest period as the profiles suggested below.

    Push Up Kneel in front of the VibroPower, placing hands on the sides of the machine, shoulder width apart with your fingers facing foward. With a straight back and strong abdomen, push off the base of the VibroPower platform.
  • Page 15 Lattisimus Dip Sit down on the VibroPower and place your hands on the machine shoulder width apart. Keeping wrists and forearms straight, fingers pointed backwards, gently push off the machine. It is important to keep the hips straight and to push the shoulders downward. This exercise promotes muscular arms, shoulders and abdomen.
  • Page 16 MASSAGE Calf Massage Lay in front of the unit with both calves resting on the VibroPower, toes pointing toward the ceiling. The rest is easy, simply relax and enjoy an invigorating calf massage.
  • Page 17 Lower Back Relaxer Sit on the floor facing away from the VibroPower with your legs slightly apart. Relax during the vibration, targeted primarily in the lower back. As an alternative, angle your legs and push your body harder against the VibroPower.
