When unpacking, check to make sure that the item is intact and undamaged. If any parts are missing or broken, please call Harbor Freight Tools at the number shown on the cover of this manual as soon as possible. - Page 5 The Heater/Fan can be permanently mounted to the vehicle using Mounting Screws (21) or can be mounted using the Adhesive Tape as desired. Mount the Heater Fan so that it is out of direct sunlight. Do not mount the Heater Fan on upholstered seats or flammable surfaces.

Page 6: Operation Instructions
The LED On/Off Switch (16) turns the power ON. To select either the Fan (10) or the Heater, press the Fan On-Off Switch (11) to the setting as marked. Toggle the Fan On-Off Switch to the center position to turn off these functions. -
