Select the on-screen menu language for this recorder for
on-screen display.

Notes:
Automatic time date download occurs only when the recorder is
switched on or in standby mode.
During the update in standby mode, the recorder behaves as follows:
1) The message on the front panel display switches from the current
time to 'HELLO'.
2) Once updating completes, the recorder switches back to standby
and the current time is displayed.
The screen saver prevents damage to the TV screen by avoiding
exposure to a static image for too long.

Restore all the settings of this recorder, except for any timer
programming preset.
1) Press OK to confi rm the default restore.
2) A warning message will appear. Select { OK } in the menu to
proceed or { Cancel } to abort, then press OK to confi rm.
After restoring to factory default settings, you will be
prompted for the initial setup.
