The given times are for 1 liter jars. For
½ liter jars shorten the times by
15 minutes, for ¼ liter jars shorten the
time by 20 minutes.

To can food use the function "Cook
Universal".
^ Insert the drip tray into the lowest
level runner and insert the rack.
^ Place up to 4 jars (even in size) on
the rack. Be sure that they do not
touch each other so that steam can
surround each jar.
^ Select the function "Cook Universal"
and confirm.
^ If desired adjust the default
temperature (see table) and confirm.
^ Select the time (see table) and
confirm.
^ Use the residual heat by leaving the
jars in the oven for another 30
minutes after turning the oven off.
^ Cover the jars with a towel and allow
them to cool for 24 hours.
