Cause/solution
Contact your network operator/service provider
for further information.
There is no network service in your current
location. Move to another location where your
network can be received properly. You can only
call the international emergency number "112".

location. Check the current status and move to
a new location with better reception.
You entered incorrect PUK1/PUK2 code 10
times, therefore PUK1/PUK2 code is blocked.
Contact your network operator/service provider.
Charge the battery only in ambient
temperatures ranging from 5 °C to 40 °C.
