boards and video walls that are placed in heavily-lit environments. With its high-bright (1200 cd/
m2), professional-grade panel and remarkable contrast ratio (3500:1), the 46" NEC X462HB displays
images at amazing brightness levels no matter the lighting condition. Ideal for environments heavy
with ambient light, this model boasts a quarter-lambda polarizing film that allows for outdoor
viewing with polarized sunglasses in both landscape and portrait display orientations. The result is
an image with greater visibility that outperforms displays with standard brightness and polarization,
which can appear dim or washed out when placed in areas with high ambient light.

mal protection and improved operating temperature,

Quarter-lambda polarizing film
allows viewing of content
regardless of display orientation or the use of polarized
sunglasses.
Thermal protection
starts with an extra thermal layer
on the display panel to diffuse heat followed by fan-based
technology specially designed to work in both landscape and
portrait modes and be controlled locally or remotely. Internal
temperature sensors control self-protective circuits, while
special self-diagnostics communicate the status of the thermal
characteristics.
Sealed panel design
provides protection in less than
optimal environments, while protecting against particles like
dust, grease, or steam from getting behind the glass and
