Using the LA-278 Behind-the-Head Microphone
• Set the microphone sensitivity switch (located inside front cover of the LT-700
Portable Transmitter) to the MID position.
• Place the unit behind your head, below the hairline stretching the wire to fit
comfortable over your ears. Position the microphone as close as possible to your
mouth. For best results the mic element should be 1 to 2 inches from your
mouth. This will help to ensure that the microphone picks up your voice rather
than room noise.
• Connect the microphone plug firmly to the microphone jack
on the LT-700.
