    Regulations Technical Data USA regulations allow a power assisted maximum speed of 20 mph. Hebb E-Bikes made for the USA have a motor speed of 250 rpm for a 20 mph top speed and a maximum rated power of 700 watts. The power assist utilizing a throttle can function without the aid of pedaling, however there’s nothing to stop you from doing so.
