5. Move the steering controls outward to the locked
(outer) neutral position.
6. Move the throttle to the middle position. If the
engine is cold, the choke control should be pulled
up.
7. Open the fuel tank valve.
OPERATION
Place controls in neutral position
Set the throttle and choke
Fuel valve in the OPEN position
