PROBLEM

iRemote/Keypad does not
control the Media Player/

IM-SERVER

SOLUTION
a) Confi rm IM-SERVER is in
proper card slot in MultiZone
Receiver card cage.
b) Check Module connection to
header in card cage.
c) Confi rm CAT-5 connection to
switch/hub
d) Confi rm IR Flasher is plugged
into the IR OUT jack.
e) Confi rm the placement of
Flasher is over the IR eye
of the component being
controlled.
f) Confi rm keyboard is confi g-
ured to operate the zone you
are in.
a) Check connection of L&R
Audio OUT from source to
L&R IN on IM-SERVER.
b) Check connection of L&R
Cascade Audio OUT from
IM-SERVER in the Master
Chassis to L&R Audio IN on
the IM-AUDIO Module in the
Slave Chassis.
