V. SERVICE DIAGNOSIS

1. NO ICE PRODUCTION

PROBLEM
[1] The icemaker will
not start.
[2] Water flow does not
stop, and the
icemaker will not
start
[3] Water has been
supplied, but the
icemaker will not
start.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
a) Power Supply
b) Power Switch
(Control Box)
c) Fuse (Control Box)
d) Circuit Protect Relay
e) Flush Timer
f) Flush Switch
g) Transformer
h) Control Water Valve
i) Shut-off Valve
j) Plug and Receptacle

1. OFF position.
2. Loose connection.

REMEDY
1. Move to ON position.
2. Tighten.
3. Check for contintinuity
and replace.
4. Replace.

2. Check for continuity
and replace.

1. Check power supply
voltage and wire
properly.
1. Wait for 15 minutes.
2. Check for continuity
and replace.
1. Move to ICE position.
2. Check for continuity
