Attaching Loader; Attaching Bucket - Koyker 310 Owner's Manual

1. Will the loader on the storage stands, drive the tractor into the frame of the loader. Connect the
hydraulic lines from the tractor to the loader.
2. Using the tractor hydraulics, activate the loader cylinders to bring the front cross pipe of the
loader level with the front yoke receiver of the tractor. Align the rear receivers of the loader with
the rear mount pipes on the tractor. Position the wrap pivot on both sides of the loader to accept
the mount pipe.
3. Drive the tractor forward to engage the loader into the tractor mounts.
4. As the tractor is driven forward the wrap pivot will flip up to engage the mount pipe. Drive
forward until the mount pipe is fully engaged in the upright receiver.
5. Install and tighten wrap pivot nuts and washers. Periodically check the nuts for tightness and
wear.
1. For pin on buckets, assemble pins and retaining bolts as shown in the Parts Diagram of this
manual. Make sure all retaining bolts are secure and lubricate necessary points. Inspect pin and
bolts periodically for tightness and wear.
2. For Fast Attach Buckets, tilt the bucket adapter forward so the top round pipe slides into the
receiver on the bucket first. Rotate the bucket back so the two rear pins line up with the holes on
the base plates of the bucket. Turn both pins on bucket adapter so they drop through the holes in
the base plate of the bucket.
